Do you say a lot of “um”, “uh”, or other filler words when you speak?
 
Saying “um” and other filler words can make you sound natural and conversational, but if you say them too much, it may be distracting and make you sound less confident. 
 
So in our video today, Madam Azimah and I talk about when it’s okay to use filler words, and when it’s not. We also share four tips to help you say them less and feel more confident when you speak English — whether it’s for a presentation or in everyday conversations.
