Members Monthly Policy

Please read these policies regarding your purchase and use of Members Monthly with My English Matters (“Membership”). If you join the Facebook group that is offered with the membership, you are also subject to the Community Guidelines. Additionally, your use of the membership site and materials are also subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

AUTO-RENEWAL: Membership payments are automatically charged monthly and yearly, depending on how you purchased, on or close to the date of your first payment. If you purchase the 2-week trial, you will be charged RM49 upon purchase, and then the normal monthly amount after 14 days. You will remain on the monthly plan until you cancel or upgrade your subscription.

CANCELLATIONS: If you decide Members Monthly is no longer for you, you can cancel anytime by contacting us at To ensure a successful cancellation, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Cancelling your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future. You must contact us at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to ensure that you will not be charged in the next cycle.

We cannot initiate a cancellation requested through Facebook or any other social media platform (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).

REFUNDS: If you selected the annual subscription, you have 30 days from payment date to request a refund of that payment by contacting us at To ensure a successful refund, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future.

Your access to any membership site and Facebook group will be rescinded upon successful cancellation.

Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions. Refunds are also not available for annual subscription payments that have been active for more than 30 days.

DEFAULTS: If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted via email, direct message, or telephone. Your access to the membership may be suspended immediately until your payments are current.

MAKING PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL COPIES, PRINTING, SHARING MATERIALS: You may print or make paper or digital copies for your own personal use only. Any other copying or distribution by any means is strictly prohibited by law. You may not upload content to third-party software (e.g., learning apps or websites). You may not share your login information with others. All membership materials are copyright protected and are the property of The Shurfa Group Sdn. Bhd.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access to or remove customers from the membership at any time for any reason.
